Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

We want you to be happy with Let the Crayon Move. This page explains how refunds work for the printable PDF and for the printed book.

The printable PDF

The PDF is a digital file that is delivered to you as soon as you pay. For that reason we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded, except in these cases:

  • The file or the audio is faulty. The PDF will not open, or the audio stories will not play, and the fault is on our side. You will need to show us the problem (see “How to ask” below). We will first try to fix it, and we will refund you only if we cannot.
  • You were charged twice for the same order, or charged in error. We check the payment records, and if the double charge is confirmed we refund the extra payment.

Please email us within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are made through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to the payment method you used.

Please read the product page carefully and choose the paper size you want, A4 or US Letter, before you buy. We cannot refund or exchange a purchase because the wrong size was chosen, or because you changed your mind after downloading. Nor are differences in how the pages look when printed covered, as they depend on your printer, ink and paper. We suggest a test print of one page before you print the whole book.

The printed book

The paperback is printed, sold and shipped by Amazon. Returns and refunds for it follow Amazon’s own policy. If your copy arrives damaged or has a printing fault, please contact Amazon customer service through your order.

How to ask

Email hello@letthecrayonmove.com with:

  • the email address you used to buy, and the date of your purchase;
  • what went wrong;
  • for a faulty file or audio, proof of the problem: a screenshot or a short screen recording that shows it (the page or QR mark you tried, and what happened).

We aim to reply within three working days.
